I'm looking for something that is very easy to use (I do not know excel) and with little to no cost - I want to be able to plug in income and have it show me what the recommended amounts are for home, auto, groceries etc. Any recommendations?

We make the checks payable to the owners of the home (they have a clear deed and own the property out right) our payments also include taxes that are in their names and they are listed on our home owners insurance as the lein holders of the property so that if anything would happen to the home they would be paid first then us (this would pay them the amount owed on the property and we would get what is left) 0n our agreement it states its a sales agreement and is calculated in simple interest and we even get a form at tax time showing the amount of interest we have paid that year for income tax purposes. I never knew we could record the agreement ourselves, I just want to protect us and our investment in the property because I honestly don't think their children would have our best intersts in mind should anything happen to them (the one child is about 35-40ish and has not held a job ever - this was told to us by the parents) We're getting older and they are getting older and we just don't want any suprises later on.

We are currently under a sales agreement with a person who owns our home, the person that owns the home free and clear is getting up in age and he and his wife have children who we do not want to really deal with should anything happen to the people who own our home - we have been asking to have the sale agreement filed at our local court house just in case anything should happen to the couple who owns the property to protect our investment in our home - we have tried to refinance the home but due to our credit scores and the home not being recorded we simply can not have this done - mortgage brokers say it looks like it could be someone in our family just wanting to sell us their house (this is not the case at all) but I guess they could think that because again it is not recorded so we can not borrow to do home improvements or qualify to purchase the home through a conventional mortgage at this time. Any suggestions would be helpful, what should we do to protect ourselves ~ we live in Pa. Thanks!!!

10 business days. I think mine was a little longer than that, I think they said something like 7-10 days to get the card after the deposite has cleared (and they allowed 10 days for the deposite to clear even though my acct showed it much sooner than that) HTH

Look at a used car tonight and they offered Wynn Warrenty and Gap Insurance - From what I've read Wynn doesn't sound all that great - Anyone ever use or have this warrenty with a used car?

I have an old Amex acct and a good friend of mine tried to add me as AU and it was denied (the amex was still showing a balance)

I am in Pa and our state has a max of 60% child support, child support is one thing but 60% is not leaving the other parent with much to live on IMHO.

I had an old debt with them under $75.00 all I had to do was pay it HTH.

I also noticed * Competitive rate as low as 9.7% APR It does say "as low as" 9.7 APR which does suggest that it might be higher. But other wise Congrats on the new card

At the top of the reports it says Kroll Factual Data Bureau Express says its a residential merged credit report for both my husband and I and I paid 28.00 for these so I hope these are actual reports.

I believe these are the actual copies of the credit report - I went in to visit a mortgage co and they pulled them and I have them in hand.

Look like it was sold on the cbr to lvnv funding llc and it says opened 06/07 / reported 03/10/ last active 03/10 where it says CF placed for collection closted 03/10 /// no pymts have been made to with either CF or the collection company - last payment made on this acct was 11/05, and it was an unsecured loan in Pa. Thanks Again
