  2. Got my report this morning ( Wed.-15th Sept.) no derogs on my report. There was an inquiry from this Credit Union when I first opened with them in '08, but no report of any default as I really didn't owe them anyway. I suggest everyone get this free report ....thanks you guys for the headsup on the site..
  3. No, I do not owe them anything and have a savings account with them....the check was sent back to the original buisness to collect from me, in which I did pay them and the associated fees.
  4. ...maybe someone could shed some light on my plight. I have had a local bank checking account for several years and have never received any thing from them. The only other thing I may have is a check that was returned to a local buisness for "account closed" of which I didn't know it was closed. There wasn't enough in my checking account to cover the check to begin with and I'll not go into that....I paid the amount owed to the local buisnes, along with the fees, and called my CU and that's when I found out. Lady said my checking privildges were gone, I could re-apply, I still had the savings account with them. So I have/had 2 checking accounts-one with local bank, one with CU. Now I'll be waiting on the chex report and want your guys opinion on whether I'm in chex or not. Thanks.
  5. Like many, it's been some hard knocks here at the homefront and I've really gotten behind. I've had some CO's on some accounts. My GE wal-mart is up to date . Wal-Mart shows that my account has been suspended for further purchases (beacause of my lates and OTL I assume) at this time but my ? is about the Target Card. I was 86 days late and brought the account up-to-date and under the limit. Am I out with them based on my other cardholder(s) troubles and my lates with them ? Should I try to call them and say what ? Was in good shape this time 1 yr ago, blah, blah, blah, who wants to hear it... thanks. I've been here since '07 and I've read and read and sometimes I nead to hear it again.
  6. Personally, I do not think that the Clerk's Office will verify any request from any CRA ! They do not have the manpower nor the time doing these things nor are they fond of CRA's. Now if the CRA come to your local Courthouse and digs up a judgement then I would assume that the clerk would verifiy it. What happened to me when I first began with my Credir Repair a couple years ago, I disputed a judgement listed on my report, went to my local courthouse and asked them if they verified issues such as this from Credit Reporting Agency's. They told me that they had never had one to ask, and, if one (CRA) were to ask, this is something that they would not do. I disputed it, the judgement was dropped from my reports and has never reappeared. I suppose each Clerk may have different policies. I'd dispute it.......

  10. I did this (search and call) on Monday and the rep there put me on hold then said that TU was aware of some issuses and if I wasn't able to get in within the next couple of days to call back. I got booted by TU last year as well....This is Wed. and no new code .....

  12. I just called those administrating this and they said this issue just came up last week and that TU knows about it and can fix it. They (the admin) thinks TU will do so, soon. If not, call back. I ask when does my 3 months start, answer, when I am able to get a code that works and begin using!!! They ask me my name and put me on hold first and I assume they were looking at "banned list" or something that TU supplied. This is when they came back on the line telling me the above info. I was booted last year from TU. One other thing, as I have been trying to log on TU, now I notice I can get farther than I could. Used to if I tried to order the TU monitoring it said it was not ofered to me. Now it ask if I want to use the CC information on file or wish to change. It offers the 3 in 1 for $11.95 per month
  13. I can't get it to work. I called the # on the e-mail yesterday. I called and they said they were working with TU try back in 24 hrs still a nog go today. anybody else?
