Does Bank of America automatically upgrade Partically Secured cards

I had to call and take a TU pull after 20 months. 0-2% utilization (always PIF, but we know how that works). No missed payments. I ran about 3k through it in 20 months. -
Mine was 13.99 + Prime I think (19.99% total). Looks just like OP's, but changed numbers.

Not really -- check their list here: http://www.capitalone.com/creditcards/products/compare/, all of their "limited credit" cards are "$300-x". The "$300" is there for a reason....

Discover cardholders do you get Marketing Calls?
hardpull replied to baller4ever85's topic in Credit Forum
I received a couple calls from Discover early on for their normal credit protection song and dance. The second time they called I pollitely asked to be removed from future callings, and haven't heard a peep from them since. -
Don't threaten to sue in a letter, that won't get you anywhere. If you believe you have a case just sue them.

I have read through all of the pinned links, and am not entirely sure how to address this. I have a one hundred dollar collections notice from a local healthcare specific receivables company (collections agency). They state the service was from ~8/04. This is my girlfriends issue that I am helping her with. To her knowledge she has never delt with this specific company. She has a small pile of medical debt from various hospitals -- but most from this hospital were covered under a 'charity care' waiver due to her low income. Do I follow WhyChat's standard pre-hipaa and hipaa process? Specifically: Send this to the CRA (if its being reported): http://whychat.5u.com/hipaadisp.html and then send this letter: http://whychat.5u.com/hipltr.html With a check for $100 (for deposit by hospital only)? If the CA is a medical collections agency -- wont they know how to deal with my hipaa letters and not let me jerk them around?

You only have a 3% utilization ... Is this really going to change that much? Even say 9% utilization shouldnt change your scores.

No go in VT. -
The same is true for credit cards; auto loans; and mortgages! The faster you pay off a loan, the less interest you pay.
