i left the other job because there wasn't enough work . i'm in the same line of work for 13 years. I don't need a loan right now,but have been researching to get an idea of what is out there. it would be in 100,000-110,000 range. I make 41000 a yr. fico scores are 614 -630-641 due to high utilization which I am working on paying down. I have 5000 in savings and own a very old mobile home in a park which I am selling for 5000. Also a family member has offered assistance if need be.I have only been at current job 2 months.

If you have a break in employment do you have to start the 2 year history over ?If not how long after starting the new job would you have to wait? ...the break was 5 weeks.

I've read post from people asking if judgements must be paid to obtain mortgage. Generally the answer is yes ,if it affects title it must be paid. So my question is what kind of or when would a judgement NOT affect title?
