  1. I have had this card for about 6 months and they do report to Experian Business and Equifax Business, no PERSONAL... and on time payments have helped me get approved for Exxon Mobil Fleet and Sears Commercial, however I finally read the small print in the disclosure and the interest and fees associated with this card are ridiculous...I would advise getting this card only with an agenda to build credit and pay it off and keep it moving.
  2. Well, in an attempt to sell me the product they said that no one could gain access to my information and that a paydex would never be generated until I purchase the product and the only information that anyone would get would be "insufficient company information" and that would cause them to decline a credit app. It must be a sales tactic
  3. Has anyone purchased the Business credit services from DNB...You know the service that used to be free several years ago when you could view your Paydex, etc without paying a small fortune. I am trying to weigh my options on whether it would be a worthwhile investment or should I rely on Experian and Equifax for my business credit checks...Any suggestions on who to apply with that don't deal with DNB???
  4. FYI...CB Friends...www.appliedbank.com!!! If you are getting started with building business credit this is a great place to start...Got approved for the maximum limit and they offer bank accounts for businesses, too.
  5. Hey everyone I recently applied for a DnB number and have found that the game has changed since 2005 and it is such that it is nearly impossible to get anything without purchasing the Credit Builder Lite or something of that nature from DnB. Staples used to just give you an account without any credit history or anything but they won't anymore and this is why. Here is how it was explained to me by my DnB inside source. Once you purchase the DnB credit builder lite for $199 it takes five days to process everything (verify your business, etc.) then you apply for cards like Staples, SuperFleet, Valero, they will then open an account for you based upon information in your DnB account and then you go on to accounts like Uline, Nebs, Quill, Reliable, etc.(because now they won't even extend credit unless you have this account with DnB, unlike before) Although it cost money, it seems to be the most efficient way to go now because they all seem to be working together to achieve a common goal. Hope this helps!
  6. I know for a fact that Chase bank will ask for your SSN when opening a business account but will not pull your credit at all and the account will be opened with your EIN. So even if you have issues with ChexSystems it won't affect your ability to open your business account at Chase Bank.
  7. Has anyone ever tried, applied got approved or whatever for the Sams Club Business Premier Line of Credit, if so can you offer any insight on it and how it works and keys to get an approval, etc....
