First off I lack patience, it is what it is. Last week at the grocery store, I had the unpleasurable experience with a mom and her 6 kids. The smallest one, had to be around 3, but had the body of an obese 5 year old. I had the pleasure of enduring the painful but obviously perfected wailing of this child for 30 minutes. She sounded like a beached whale, crying for soda and chips. I could hear this child whine and wail from across the store. Random shoppers passed by me and made comments about the wailing, so I knew I wasn't being a judgmental bi*&h. I couldn't take it anymore, I think I lost my mind for a moment because I went to find them. Thank god they were checking out, I just stood there in amazement. The mom nor the older brother and sisters werent' phased - life as usual. PUT A SOCK IN IT ALREADY! It was horrible. The next week I did my ususal grocery shopping at the same place, same time and guess who's there??!! I left - before someone got slapped...and no I would never slap a child.

I want to try Bra-llelujah by Spanks via QVC . As my mom used to tell me....I have Nordstom wants on a Walmart budget! I know the value of a good bra, but I will not spend more than $50, even though they last for years. Have you tried Bra-lleujah? I know if I hate them I can return them for a full refund at QVC.

UPDATE:: We were approved for a $30k HELOC at Prime plus 3.25 - so just under 6%. I was just so excited that we were approved! So grown up. We paid 14k for our house and it was appraised at 65k within 6 months - now that's progress! Thanks for the tub reglazing advice! I believe it runs around $200ish for a professional.

We went through Key Bank since we have a joint checking account with them. We were conditionally approved for $10k @ 3.5 plus Prime so 5% IR with no fees. We should find within 2 days what the total $ amt and rate we will get. They have to research the current market value of the home and give us the final approval amount. Got a letter from Key saying our FICO is 768 and gave the reasons why.....reasons seemed negative to me - but whatever. I bought a $10 faucet to replace the rust bucket of a faucet in the bathroom.
