  1. Any other opinions? I checked court cases around here, and DCI hasn't sued anyone, and they are licensed in my state.
  2. oct 07 was the DOFD.
  3. I got a call from them about a t-mobile bill from 07, diversified is trying to collect. I told them I need more information about this, he was trying to get payment at that exact moment, I said no way, I hung up on him for being rude to me saying no not without proof. I get a letter in the mail about this account a few days later. Bill is for 800 and they would settle for 500. From my research, t mobile could still own this debt, and using DCI to collect. Anybody have any first hand experience with these guys? Should I DV? SOL on written contracts in my state is 5 years, so I could get sued. How likely are these guys to sue me?
  4. I have received some letters in the mail from CA's offering to settle accounts, and if i don't they always say that they will pursue legal action. Thing is, its been almost 4 years since I have had my first delinquency with them. In Idaho, SOL for credit cards is 4 years, from what I have read. It will have been 4 years this summer. So should I go ahead and ignore until this summer, cause they haven't sued yet? Or do I go ahead and validate and maybe wake them up? These debts have been sold so many times already also.
