  1. Beg borrow or steal to not miss a mortgage payment!
  2. They sent it next day to me, but by regular mail.
  3. What are two of my fave things to see women wear?
  4. 15k is quite a purchase depending on your past spending with them.
  5. Mine reports as an installment loan. Not sure if it also indicates consumer finance loan or not. My scores have been consistent and haven't noticed a drop when opening a sofi loan, and I've had 2. No problem getting new credit cards, CLI's or auto loans with SOFI as an account.
  6. Agree. Here in Greater Boston area, most are going over asking with no help on closing.
  7. Try sofi.com. Much better rates!
  8. 20k give to take,
  9. Cash access without a BT fee. DCU credit card does that. Penfed credit cards to this as well.
  10. Yup. My rates through then were much lower than other sites.
  11. Sofi. Much better rates than lending club and no origination fee.
  12. Has to be 120 days late for months now. I don't think REPO is going to look any worse.
  13. I don't have 75k in credit card debt, but I do have around 40k. All of it is on balance transfers currently, so I pay 0-2% interest on it. Some of them did have balance transfer fees, but total interest/fees is still low on the debt. My utilization is only 11 percent since I have so much credit available. When I purchased my 445k condo (10 percent down, so 400k loan), I had 30k in credit card debt. I barely passed the back end ratio, due to the credit card debt plus 2 auto loans, but it's doable. You need to figure out what the minimum payments on your credit card is, and add that to your back end ratio as well as any other debt payments. Whether you should buy a home is debatable. It's only if you have a plan to payoff your debt. My plan is to pay off my cc debt in 5 years. My interest is so low, that most of the payments go to principal.
  14. I finally got approved for a Chase Marriot after trying for the last 3-4 years. I went on the balance liquidation program on their business card because the interest rate was too high a few years back and finally paid it off. I think after paying it off, they finally thought my account was in good status versus the negative history in the past.
  15. Lol I have 730-770 FICO and got 33 percent offer from Avant.
