I am helping her catch up as fast as I can. Our state allows presheduled phone-by-check payments and I told her to schedule them tomorrow. They have worked with her in the past. This economy is a leaky boat and I don't think we have it the bottom yet.

My mother is a server and her tip income has taken a hit due to the economy. She has fallen 1 month behind on her house and 2 months behind on her car. She has worked payment arrangements with the mortgage company, but she is worried about Americredit. She is exactly 69 days late tomorrow. She will be able to get a check-by-phone payment scheduled for 1 payment tomorrow. She has been received calls and one lady stated she need to call immediately to have a say in the process of her account. She has been reluctant to call b/c she hasn't had the money to pay them. I am helping her out the best I can but I have bills of my own. Does anyone know when Americredit will definitely come and repo the car? She lives in New Mexico.

My stimulus showed up this am. I still get the error on the website. I end in xx95

For anyone still getting errors: Mine updated around 9:45 a.m. MDT. You might want to try calling the 1-866-234-2942 to get the status of your rebate. I was finally able to get through and I am schedule for DD on 5/15/08.

I just tried to call the IRS and it said that due to brief technical difficulties they were unable to take my call. What is up with that? I still get the error. I really need to be stimulated for my electric bill.

Talked to my coworker. She got hers today. She ends in 02. Her info on the website stated that her stimulus was DD on 4/29/08 and it just showed up today.

I'm in the same boat as you guys. 95 here and I expect it to update around 8 a.m. tomorrow. Mom received her stimulus on schedule. She ended in 31 and was updated last Monday around 8 a.m.

Has anyone who filed using 1040 (not EZ or A) and falls in the first or even second group receive notice that their rebate will be DD? I'm wondering. My mom's SSN ends in 31 and she gets the same #@$ message I get. She filed electronically using form 1040 in January, had 0220 Tax Refund as her DD for deposit. I had to file using form 1040 also.

I have a $552 electric bill due so that's how I'll stimulate the economy.

DCU has pcdeposit now. My sister tried it and it isn't all that bad. I would love for Patelco to do it.

The whole IRS website is full of it. I checked my refund status (mind you I filed in January and received my refund), I get error 1301 and to contact the IRS. I checked economic stimulus status and it said the same all of you. Same as the government these days - full of hot air.

Americredit is now charging $10.00 for a check by phone.
