I learned the hard way to get these taken care of. I had a heart attack and iwas in the ICU on life support for 10 days. As I have preexisting conditions, and while I have coverage at work if I lost it I would probably die shortly afterward. I can understand why she is doing this. I always joke with my mom (works at a nursing home) if there were any old single men there with great insurance/pensions (like they used to get at the big three automakers ect).

I have to agree with Neen on this subject. I have to restrict my saturated fat and salt intake and have found that most processed food are full of them and pretty unhealthy. If I buy a low soduim product it will be full of sugar and if I buy a low fat product it will be full of salt. I also cook a few chicken breasts and refrigerate to use throughout the week in salads and stir frys. It is a very healthy and filling way to eat. To add flavor to your veggies use spices and experiment with the many flavored vinegars and a splash of extra virgin olive oil.

As whiny as Rita was, I really like them as a couple. She was the light and hope in his dark world. I will miss this. I hope they do not have him involved with any women next season -they almost lost me as a viewer when he took up with that skank Lila in season two. They have some interesting storylines they can follow next season . Will Dex be charged with Rita's murders? He is the husband, has no alibi and had known marital problems. Will he let Deb in on his true self now that she knows about his brother? What will happen to the kids? Can Dex get any hotter looking then when he wears that kill outfit?? Dang, we have to wait till next September.. John Lithgow was nominated for a Golden Globe today for his role on Dexter. He did a great job. I will never think of Thanksgiving dinner the same!!

Wow Kim pays 12k for that synthetic mess!! I've seen Halloween wigs that look more believable.I have a friend that lost her hair due to alopecia when she was younger and buys these wig that have a vacumn cap and the hair is human hair from Russia. These wigs are like the Rolls Royce of wigs. They cost 5K and look wonderful. This lady is being ripped off big time. I can't believe she is starting a wig line! Then again I can't believe she is "engaged" to a married man.
