Hi: Just checked on an old Direct Merchants/HSBC MC I had since 99, I had used it frequently until I wanted a CLI after my anniversary year +1mo. Spoke to a real b&*&^h and she said that they were not giving out CLI's to anyone at that time. Tried to speak to a supervisor but no luck... Any I put the card in the sockdrawer to sniff socks...after reading this thread, I had decided to check it out and couldn't get access online so I spoke to the CSR and they couldn't find me anywhere I gave my SSN and still like Poof gone, when did you last use the card. I said that I couldn't really answer the question, Oh well. It would have been nice to be warned as I did use it heavily at one point Their loss, Chase, Citi and BOA are filling their pockets with my money anyway Have a good weekend

Good day Well I have 2 MBNA AMEX accounts, they converted one to the BOA AMEX, same acct # but what an ugly card. On the MBNA website, the accounts are all listed as MBNA AMEX. I have to agree with the person who said that the new BOA card is not pretty. However I can't complain, they raised my limits on both cards. Hope this helps
