  1. Once they start b* a good rule of thumb to go by is TU will delete at the 2 month mark from the inq date and EQ will B* at the three month mark after the inq date. But that is after they start B*ing and daily pulls.
  2. Congrats!! I would deffinitely do the recosider with the denials. You already have the inq so you might as well see if you can get them to give you another look. Just tell them there were things on your CR that were not yours or inacurate and good luck.
  3. It will depend on the CRA you are reffering to. TU and CSC or EQ will make use of the entire time frame usually without updating the info on the dispute. With EX they usually deal with the dispute as they get the info, so they are a little faster to respond.
  4. You will find out that a CA can do what they want to as far as what and when they insert things on your CR. Then it is your job to make them remove it or do as they are lawfully bound to. Whether they will or not I am not sure any on this board can say. As far as the other is concerned It is just a coin toss. I hate to sound negative but you just never know if the same thing that worked on one CRA will work on the others. In my past experience it is just NEVER the same. I have had some that have gone with no problem on one that did not go without a fight on the others. And I have one that has not budged on one that is gone on the other two.
  5. I would have to agree with you he is good!!!! Congrats on the home. One day I will be in the boat with you
  6. If you are looking for it to be marked in TC you may or may not see that happen. As far as the actual CRAs it may take a few days.
  7. It seams to me it is at around the first or so I can not really remember. I know it took about two months for it to report on mine if not longer.
  8. as far as I know it changes automatically... or as soon as.
  9. Pandora, Would you happen to know the name of this loan? Sounds like one DW and I would like to go for.
  10. Not all states require you to report your tips so not all server type people are cheating on there taxes, right????
  11. Congrats!!!!! If you dont mind me asking what type of scores did you have when approved?
  12. I added my DW to a few of mine and it caused her score to jump quite a bit. Hope that helps.
  13. I pulled mine and DW this morning at about 9 am and had no problems
  14. I managed a lot for years and I can tell you it is totally against the law to sell a vehical with a salvaged title without telling them it is so. You also have to have them sign a form stating that you told them and they understand. If this was not done then the dealer is liable to pay the buyer all the money paid for the auto at purchase. If it is sold more than once he is liable to all parties involved. That is why that little piece of paper stating the customer knows it is a salvaged vehical is so important to get. I am sure most states have different laws out there just to say I may be wrong but the ones I have dealt with are all the same.
  15. I can tell you all my GEMB cards do report AU ontop of Juniper..
