I can't remember if the FDCPA rules apply to the origingal creditor or just CA. I have a hospital threating wage garnishment if I don't call them in 10 days. This is the first communication I have recieved from them. I just can't remember if this is legal because they are OC. Any help would be most appricated thanks.

I know this has been asked a hundred times before but I can't find quite what I need on search so here goes. If first 30 day late was 9/2001 and then some payments were made in 2002 . Would collection SOL start in 2001 or 2002. This was pre credit boards for me so I was stupid and made some payments when they called in 2002 and threatened to sue. Thanks for your help

DOFD should be sometime in 1999 but not sure. I cant remember the exact date but I know it was 1999 or early 2000. also ca has it as being opened in 2005 which I know is incorrect.

I have been cleaning up my reports and just noticed that I have an oc and a ca reporting the same account but with several differences. oc has date opened as 01/1999 ca has it as 06/2005. oc has one balance and ca has totally different balance. oc has one past due ammount and ca has a different past due. oc has charge off ca has 120 days late on one cra and charge off on another. I need to know how to fix this. I cant remember how to do this and I cant find where it is on here. Thanks for any help
