I usually just lurk here but thought I'd add my 2 cents. He may have tourettes. That would explain a lot of his vocalizations. My youngest daughter has tourette syndrome and while she doesn't have a lot of the vocal ticks it is very common to have them. Throat clearing, sighing, and humming are among the most common.

Hello All, Has anyone here done a deed in lieu? DH talked to Citi tonight about the possibility and we are beginning the process. I was wondering how long the process takes and what would make the bank decide to not approve the deed in lieu? DH had to take a pay cut earlier this year and we just can't keep juggling all our payments and keep the house. We put the house on the market as soon as we realized we couldn't keep up with the payments which was about six months ago. We haven't received one offer. We are going to be 90 days behind as of Dec. 1. Thanks for your insight.

I noticed they got me today as well. I've had the accounts (2) for about two years. I used to get regular cli's. Oh well I don't really care. One of them should be paid off in a couple of months if not this month and the other is a 2.99 for life bt. They'll probably balance chase that one.

I got my chase statement (freedom card) I noticed the minimum due was 0 on the second page of the statement it said I could skip a pymt this month of course interest would still accrue. Has anyone one else gotten this? My dh received this offer too. He has a chase signature that converted from Wamu. We're not gonna take them up thier offer.

Hi guys I'll try to make this short, DH has been divorced for 6 yrs now and in the decree it states he carries insurance and pays 80% of the bills. It also says that she is to pay the bills she receives and then submit them to him for reimbursement, he then has 30 days to pay her. Well, we hadn't received any bills for awhile from her and today we get a bill from a collection agency for $920. Dh called them and apparently they haven't heard from her and found him on a trace and sent him the bill. He knows he is responsible but he doesn't want a paid collection on his report and quite honest we can't pay the amount right away. What should he do? The lady at the agency told him if he pays in 60 days they won't put it on his report, but that still is unrealistic for us to pay this amount in two months. Please Help!

No they don't report, but ime they only pulled a hard the first time I used them. I've used them several times at different sites. ymmv.

My ex-sil had it done about six years ago. I don't know about scarring, but she had to had them wrapped about a week and she was off work about six weeks. I do remember us going out to dinner about three days after her surgery she was sore but managed to get around. Also she's a smoker and because of this they had to actually remove her nipple, take her down to the size she wanted, the reattatch it. I don't know why but she said if she could quit they didn't have to do it that way. If I see her I'll ask her about it.

I got approved on recon, I called a number I found here doing a search to check app status. Csr told me I was denied by the computer for too many inquires, but I had explained to her what they were for and she approved my app. 2500 cl this was about 4 months ago maybe. Csr was very friendly and told me to call at six months and request cli. I'm not sure of my scores I haven't checked them in a long time.

I also got my bonus mid-May. I paid 99.00 for the class and in order to be offered a job you had to pass the final w/ and 80%. There were 11 people in my class only two of us became tax preparers, one worked as a receptionist. I know some others were offered the job but for whatever reason declined.

I worked for H & R Block this past tax season and plan on returning. It was interesting to say the least. I got paid an hourly rate (8.50) then after the season I got a bonus check. I don't know if all H & R Blocks are the same but it basically worked out that I got a percentage of the fees charged to each client. The longer your there the higher the percentage. I also got paid for IRA's sold, peace of minds purchased, so on and so forth. HTH

Has anyone gotten approved w/ a bk? I applied 2 yrs ago and was denied because of bk. Bk will be hitting 8 yrs this summer. I'd like to get this card, they just built a new store in town, it opened last wk. My fico is 680 on equifax don't know others, only baddie is the bk. Should I just go for it?
