But my credit is horrible. My husband lost his job two years ago and I stopped paying my credit card bills. In a perfect world, if I payed all of my charge off's, would I be able to buy a house? I have about 50k in student loan debt, and about 4 credit cards that are charge offs. My husband is now working part time but I am the income earner in my house. He owned a house but foreclosed on it in 2007. My name was not on the loan or deed. His credit isn't the best, but I'm pretty sure it looks a lot better than my credit. Thoughts?

The warranty on my vehicle just expired and I'm interested in trading it in. It has 102,000 miles 2004 Yukon. I purchased it for $24,616 and the bank says I still owe $20,000 WTH!!! I couldn't believe it. I understand my interest is high (14%) but to only have paid $4k in 2 years, this is highway robbery!! On KBB my car is valued at $7700. Do you think it's realistic if i could trade my car in without putting too much down?

Nah... She's been on the show forever, and they would have announced it on one of the soap magazines you see at the checkout line that her contract is over and such. I think the writers will come back and say that she was hit and has been walking around with amnesia this entire time!! I think the Sharon and Nick storyline is getting old and so is the sabrina and ashley storylline... IMHO the writers are doing a sucky job.... I've been watching for 15+ years...

yes, all my Credit cards are up to date meaning I am making payments on time and the utilization is low. I have about 2 or 3 baddies. No, I paid after it was reported, and it does say "Paid" in the credit reports... Geez.. I'm trying to buy a house and this judgment dropped my credit score a lot. I finally paid it but I'm afraid for the broker to pull my credit before it's "high enough" to get a loan.

A judgment was filed in March, 2009. I paid it in full in April. Does this paid judgment affect my credit score? Do you think it's possible to get this removed from my credit report? Thanks!!!

So I did not pay rent in Sept - Oct- Nov or December. We kept getting noticies on our door that the house was being foreclosed on and auctioned a certain date. Finally it sold REO on 12/2/08 the new owner gave us 6 0 days. last night we heard a knock at the door, it was a lady serving us papers that we are being sued for unpaid rent for sept oct and november. could the lady potentially win this case? She never notified us she was being foreclosed, then when I told her she said I will get back to you at a later email and never did - finally in late november she did just to tell us that she mailed a pay rent in 3 days or quit notice. now she is trying to sue us.

For all you fe/males that want to lose weight. Unfiltered Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) works wonders. I have gone from 189 to 164 since August. The first month or so I was taking 2 tablespoons of ACV before each meal, straight up chasing it down with water. After the first month I started taking it only once in the morning. Now that I've seen dramatic results I'm taking it probably every other to every two days. It rocks!!! I'm so glad I learned about this. It speeds up your metabolism. Once I get to my goal weight I will continue to take it because it helps with high cholesterol, diabetes, and blood pressure. I have a family history of all 3. You should goggle it, you'll see what the benefits are. The only down side is that it weakens your tooth enamel but what I do is i put it into a measuring cup ( you know the ones that come with the children's Tylenol bottles) and I drink it from a straw. I swear by the ACV. I'm living proof it works. On Thanksgiving I was talking to my DH's aunt and she had a friend that took it at night before going to bed and she lost 40lbs in about 5 months. I'm not sure what her starting weight was but that is a lot of weight in a short period of time. I think I've been losing about 2 lbs a week which is reasonable.

I am renting a house that was foreclosed on in September. I was advised by a real estate agent to stop paying rent because it is illegal for the landlord to collect on a foreclosed property. The house was auctioned off several times but was not sold. I just received a priortity letter from my landlord that we have 3 days to vacate the property, she does not even own the property anymore!!! Could she legaly do this to us?? The home I'm currently renting was dated to action on 9/25, it didn't sell. Then 11/6 and didn't sell again. Now it's listed to auction on 12/1. When did it stop being my landlords property?

Why did you hope to be wrong? What do you think we should have done instead?

We sat infront of two others (Pastor and Pastors wife) and basically pleaded our case. They gave us advice and talked through the situation. They are helping us come to a resolution.
