will some chexsystems banks that see only negative nsf item as being paid within 30 days be ok with it?

My credit union reported to chexsystems i was overdrawn 13 days...i paid it off at the credit union within those 13 days and the checxsystem report shows it being paid within 13 days of occurrence...there are no other negatives on the report. I thought i remembered reading somewhere that if the occurrence of the NSF was paid within 30 days that i should be able to have the negative paid item removed completely by chexsystems is that correct?

:huh i still have not received my chexsystems report that i ordered over the phone 3 weeks ago.....i tried calling the only # i can find and it is automated...1-800-428-9623 does anyone have a real life persons # over there?

I have checked credit pulls and was wondering if anyone out there knows of any banks that use equifax exclusively in Maryland and Pensylvannia. M & T is very good to me but i am looking for another one to use as well. I am still working on repairing Trans-Union and Experian credit reports. My equifax is great with a 738 fico and 0 inquiries or negs..just 3 or 4 new accounts in the last 6 months or so. I am not opposed to credit unions but I am still working on correcting PENFED, NAVY FEDERAL AND IT IS VERY DIFFICULT GETTING THEM TO ADJUST SOME ERRORS....but i am making progress, hence, thats why i need a commercial bank that only pulls equifax. None of the credit unions are appearing on my equifax credit report....miracles of miracles...

I know that TU did at one time "B" inquiries from time to time and then stopped "B" completely. It seems that they have started again, am i right? I hope so, i have 14 inquiries in the last 6 months, 7 due to my buying a car.

I just called Nordstrom Signature Visa and asked to change over to the Platinum because no CL shows when reported to the CRA's all they show is a highest credit utilized.. I was told that the regular Nordstrom Platinum does the same thing, it does not report the CL just the highest credit utilized...?? Is this correct or am i misunderstanding something? :lol:

I had several Barclays cards in 2007 and defaulted on the payment as they were both included in my bankruptcy back then. Does anyone know if they are forgiving and will allow me to be approved for another? My bankruptcy was in May, 7.

I was not aware that Nordstrom signature visa does not report the credit line to the CRA's..... Has anyone had any experience calling Nordstrom and having them switch the account to a regular platinum visa while still keeping the same credit line (10k) that i was given on the signature visa? I can live without the rewards...
