In boot camp, showers were three minutes or less. It takes me about an hour to get ready in the morning (I have a 12 year old and most of my time is spent getting her ready). I take my shower at night, wash up in the morning. Then I have to iron my clothes, and do my hair (I get my hair done every two weeks, so the style determines how much time I spend on it.) At least five minutes is spent on jewelrey, perfume, and finding shoes.

UPDATE: I had an offer for the listing price, agent writes the contract, home inspector recommends repairs to buyer. I made ALL requested repairs which costs me upwards of 5000.00. 3 weeks go by and nothing from the appraiser. I ask my agent almost daily. Finally, in the 4th week, I get a phone call that the buyer's financing falls through. Spoke with the lender who says he knew early on that they were having a problem getting the loan done. Here I am 45 days later having to sign a release letting them out of the contract and put my house back on the market. I am scheduled to move into my new house in two weeks and will more than likely have to pay two mortgages because of this. Now I really want to fire my agent, but she insists that it wasn't her fault. I disagree. I think she should have validated the buyer's approval before advising me to accept the offer. Am I wrong?
