  1. Aisle...I hate disturbing people when I need to get up.
  2. Oh my....I am so sorry to hear this. My prayers are with you and family Marilee.
  3. OOHRAH! USMC - 1997 - 2005 Occupation - Field Radio Operator Stationed in Camp Lejuene NC & Quantico VA Happy Veterans Day & Happy Birthday to you and everyone that has served.
  4. meatloaf and milk are both disgusting....
  5. Mini blinds everywhere except the sunroom (have verticals and wood blinds in there).
  6. In boot camp, showers were three minutes or less. It takes me about an hour to get ready in the morning (I have a 12 year old and most of my time is spent getting her ready). I take my shower at night, wash up in the morning. Then I have to iron my clothes, and do my hair (I get my hair done every two weeks, so the style determines how much time I spend on it.) At least five minutes is spent on jewelrey, perfume, and finding shoes.
  7. Thanks Everyone and Thanks Tee for the "nudge"! I miss you guys!
  8. Hi Heg! No. I've never had an amex before.
  9. I've been MIA for a while, so I wasn't sure if you guys still had the approval thread going. Hope it's ok to start a new topic. Got the invite from Bzzagent and decided to take the plunge. Approved. CL: 13,700 45.00 annual fee Have no clue what my scores are. But, I have a 7 year old discharged BK.
  10. you need to call me!!!! Im assuming you moved.... yeah, call me heh...yes. I'll be here a year on Friday. should have the pool in by the weekend....yeah, I'll call you tomorrow.
  11. Hey Nem! I hope so. But, I can't make any promises. Between school, work, dd, and trying to get this house in order, I don't have much time to do anything. How ya been?
  12. UPDATE: I had an offer for the listing price, agent writes the contract, home inspector recommends repairs to buyer. I made ALL requested repairs which costs me upwards of 5000.00. 3 weeks go by and nothing from the appraiser. I ask my agent almost daily. Finally, in the 4th week, I get a phone call that the buyer's financing falls through. Spoke with the lender who says he knew early on that they were having a problem getting the loan done. Here I am 45 days later having to sign a release letting them out of the contract and put my house back on the market. I am scheduled to move into my new house in two weeks and will more than likely have to pay two mortgages because of this. Now I really want to fire my agent, but she insists that it wasn't her fault. I disagree. I think she should have validated the buyer's approval before advising me to accept the offer. Am I wrong?
