Amex is the only bank that makes me wonder........................... uh-oh... are my credit limits too high??!!
Also......in a strange way, they make me feel valued/important when I call with questions. The last time I called for a CLI on a new card activation, the rep said, "Mr. One Shoe, please hold for a moment while I take care of your CLI request." Then........ came back in 10 seconds and simply said "Mr. One Shoe, IT IS DONE. Is there another request I can help you with??"
It's kinda funny when you think about it! I'm all over good customer service.
