What type of forbearance did you apply for? The CARES act forbearance required no approvals like other programs. -

Just be aware you will likely be getting a higher rate. You will pay for the risk of a lower down payment one way or another.

Very few cases where a reverse mortgage is a good idea. Also why most wont touch them.

Wells removes it then. It may have been a FHA loan in question, or something similar. They removed my first loan right when it hit 80%. -
