  1. Would someone be so kind as to PM me the email address ? I've sent a few PM's requesting it with no luck .
  2. Thanks everyone... I forgot about optimizing with the 1% ... but to be sure... is this 1% of my total available credit, or just 1% of 1 cards limit ?
  3. Thanks...here is the info in the following format creditor/balance/limit Cap1/$529/$750 Buckle/$101/$250 Kay/$2433/$3000 Credit1/$463/$750 applied/$321/$500 firestone/$411/$1100 verve/$196/$300 zales/$311/$500 walmart/$234/$500 lowes/$222/$500 bestbuy/$343/$800
  4. I am wondering in terms of my score what is the best approach. I have 11 cards with a balance right now, most of them with high utilization, I now have the ability to pay them all off in full. Should I do that ? or should I space out the payments over 3 or 4 months showing a greater ability to pay ? Yes I know if I do that I'll be eating some interest, but my main concern is which will have a better effect on my score. Thanks
  5. Will donate $100 to the charity of your choice if you can help me fill out this "seemingly" simple form. I can't get my head wrapped around it, and when I read the instructions my head just spins. Just a little info to start, I will be claiming insolvency, the discharged debt is from a judgement that was settled.....obtained by Asset Acceptance from an old credit card debt
  6. I am having a hard time finding Walmarts UW #, can anyone help, please ?
  7. My 1 AU account no longer is reporting on EQ, but is on my TU and EX, and updating regurlarly.
  8. Call them. Also, while sometimes deletions are quick, sometimes they take up to 60 days
  9. they probably are but that is different than asking the consumer for docs. Technically. But the no doc home loans were based on credit score and down payment, didn't even ask what income was, let alone verify.
  10. So, what would be your advice? Should I just walk in, say hey, my income is not verifiable, but I have good credit, and here is 25% down. Would that work ? See now, if you told me that, I would decline. I ain't taking the gamble. You need to learn how to complete a credit application. Thanks Richard.

  12. are you self-employed? that could be different than my case where 97% of income is W-2. Play poker for a living. This may be naive, but how do you guys know the banks aren't calling your employer to verify? or checking it against some sort of database
  13. I guess what I am getting at is what if the income is not verifiable? Should you tell the guy upfront so he works around it ? My biggest fear is taking the car home, and a few weeks later the bank asking for w-2s, pay stubs, etc
  14. Does it exist ? Can I walk in with good credit, and a sizeable down payment and walk away with a car ? Or will they want proof of income ?
  15. Call them. Just because they haven't responded to a fax doesnt mean they wont let you pay it, I must be missing something.
