If you have high limits with them and they request income verification and you don't provide it they will close ALL of your Synchrony accounts and that is it. My advice dont get tooo many cards with them.

WHat did you have to bring in?

Slow down. I don't think anyone here would have recommend Credit One. However, what is done is done. Just take a little time and be more strategic about your credit Journey. Do you have any relationship with a credit union? Perhaps you can get a secured card there easier

Are you saying they rely on a different score than what they reveal? Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

I don't think you can get Gold and Platinum on same pull. Perhaps app for Blue or one of the other true credit cards. Sent from my SM-G925P using Tapatalk

Is this acceptable as a PFD response? *Email from CACH LLC*

That's what the first 2 sentence say. But the 3rd sentence - "in the event that CACH, LLC receives an inquiry from any credit reporting agency concerning the account it will confirm that its trade line should be deleted" - is saying they won't validate, if asked. That's enough to win a lawsuit, if they didn't follow through. It's possible CA CSR doesn't know what to write. OP, as I see it, you have 2 choices: accept that it sounds like they're in agreement that they'll delete (or at least not validate, if asked); or YOU rephrase it and ask them to confirm - in your own language - "[fill in name of CA here] agrees to cease further reporting, requests deletion from all reporting agencies and confirm that this trade line should be deleted should reporting agencies seek validation." This is assuming the CA has the authority to commit the OC. It doesn't sound like they do which is why they gave themselves an out. Sent from my SM-G925P using Tapatalk -

If you pay you lose any leverage you have. Make sure you get what you NEED before. How about email u a letter on their letter head stating the agreement upon pay. And a deletion letter after you do pay. Sent from my SM-G925P using Tapatalk
