  1. yes for a new loan. Honestly, it's been rough going. They've never been thru a process like this, so we've all been learning together what steps are best and all. Our lender is First Bank based out of Wichita Falls Tx. We're waiting right now for CRA's to update, still.
  2. It hasn't been charged to me yet, but I will check my closing disclosure once received to see if it goes on there.
  3. They've finally proceeded with a rescore, since third party Xactus was able to speak to mortgage and get "official word" that they are now reporting correctly.
  4. lender says this is only helpful once the CRA has updated...isn't that the point? Once correct info is present then rescore to get the new info reflected?
  5. The creditor is updating the reporting of a tradeline and I need CRA to reflect the changes ASAP. I've heard there could be payment involved to expedite this, but mostly I want to be sure I am asking for the correct information.

  9. PHH says they've submitted status code 11, however I'm trying to dig deeper as I believe there's more information here they need to address.
  10. Ombudsman team is sending a paper and email copy of an updated letter stating they've reported current/not late. Now how's the quickest way to get the CRA to update?
  11. update. Any insights? what am I missing? PHH says they submitted 12.8.23 as current, never late. Experian and TU both don't have any new info since 4.4.23. PHH says they are submitting current, never late again today once I showed them my reports still show the late. I've gone round and round with both "dispute resolution depts" whose knowledge is basic. They can't tell me why the 12.8.23 info doesn't show. I told them I've submitted the documentation where I paid the mortgage yet it comes back verified. Experian opened a dispute to say that the lender agreed to remove the Information, to see if that changes the outcome.
  12. I have the letter and I've submitted it with my requests so I was trying to speak to someone to get actual details, if possible, besides their canned response. PHH says the lady helping us dropped the ball in submitting on Dec 6 to the bureaus, so hopefully this new person helping will get it done correctly.
  13. I need a person! Our dispute is getting denied/"confirmed" in the mortgagee's favor. Our mortgage sold April 1 2023. OG servicer, PHH, reported us 30 days late for April 2023. I made two biweekly payments In March 2023 and both were applied incorrectly (one in suspense, another to principal I believe). They're reporting us 30 days late for April. I did submit my documentation that I made two payments in March, to the bureau, in hopes they would use that information. We've gone back and forth with PHH and the poor nice lady has been pretty dense.
  14. Found out the issue was that we had an escrow shortage. No letters received, no phone calls ever to tell us to pay up and that it was late- nothing! So it was short all of $120. They won’t make a goodwill adjustment. Our lender has never seen this happen, especially such a low amount and not reversing a report for goodwill. Out payment was on autopay so the regular payment was made.
