Okay, I just backdoored my experian report and all the items are under investigation.. If not deleted I will start again in 6 months and yes all accounts were IIB. Thanks for all your help whychat.

I have recieved a letter back from CFPB and BBB and experian that all information is accurate..... what now? I followed everything to the T.

Yes I filed the complaint already but the thing is the hospital gave the CA my medical information so the CA would send it to me. Well ill wait and see what happens.

It was a represenative she would not pass me through to a supervisor no matter how many times I asked. I hung up and then somebody else would not pass me through! Okay will file the complaint against them.

Experian told me to file a complaint against the creditor due to not responding to my debt validation letter.. after a week should I just file complaints with ftc bbb attorney general and cfpb? Print those complaints out and send to there compliance department? What's the address?

Yes it has been 30 days. I will wait one more week and then file complaints. Should I scan copies of the CMRR I have gotten back to help with my claims? I will write everything that has been going on from day 1 to CFPB and FTC. Should they take care of this?

Okay can you please tell me what to do now? I have not recieved ANYTHING else from experian nor have I recieved anything from CMRE. there is not update on my EX report with the tradelines disputed or no updates or deletions?? It has already been more than 30 days,.

I like the story. So whats the next step waiting for working? The farmer never just waited around for something to happen.. right?

So the CA received my certified letter on feb 4th. I sent experian a copy of the receipt and they have received that letter on feb 7th nothing has happens via backdoor. I guess its a waiting game?
