  1. Yes, after I found my card may be lost I tried to request it for three or four times during the past one year. I believed my account was eventually charged off since that card is ready to use. What does CA mean? Sorry, I don't understand. Do I need to find a lawyer to do this for me? Thanks for ur help. Yeah, did you try to find the card? Was the account eventually charged off? If so, when? Was it transferred or sold to a CA? If so, who and are they reporting? If Kohl's still has the account your best bet is to work to settle with them and see if they'll goodwill the tradeline or PFD.
  2. I didn't find the serious delinquency until I recently tried to apply a Credit Card. I don't remember whether I have received some paper bills and I didn't call them... I thought I would receive the card soon and could pay it online soon. I am sure I haven't received any Email or call reminding me to pay these bills. So should I find a lawyer to remove the serious delinquency for me? Thanks for ur help.
  3. Hi,I want to delete SERIOUS DELINQUENCY reported by KOHLS on my credit account. I opened my KOHLSaccount in April 2011 and was told that I would receive my KOHLS charge cardwhich I could use to make my payment in two to three weeks. However, I haven’treceived it until now. Without that card, I cannot get my account number, accessmy account online and get my billing information. Moreover, I haven’t receivedany notification email or phone call to tell me when my bill should be due. SoI have no idea about how to make my payment and when my bills were due. Afterseveral months, I called their agent and found my bill was due and was told Icould pay my bill via phone. As soon as I got that, I made my paymentimmediately. Hence, I think it is very inaccurate and unfair to put SERIOUS DELINQUENCY on my account. However, I tried to dispute with them once but it seems they didn't remove it for me. So how could I deal with this? Do I need a lawyer?
