After college I was in a serious accident where I did not work for 3 years due to surgeries. I lost track of everything and it included these 3 loans. Are thy allowed to transfer them. What is the best way to get them off the report. Right now I am deferring payments on over $40,000 because the monthly payment is over $450. I cannot afford that. Should I try to go to one of the consolidating agencies spoken about in other threads or am I not eligable becuse they are all under one lender now ACS/Suntrust?

Hi All, I am new and need any help. I had an AT&T account that I upgraded phone and stopped paying. Had company phone. They sent it to a CA. Recently I have been paying it down through the OC. I want the CA taken off my CR. How do I do this. Letter of deletion per total payment. Should I talk to the OC or the CA? The CA is probably pissed I paid all the way down and they got nothing. Or should I stick with the OC and demand they delete the CA off my report?
