Hello fellow cber's I just applied online for the walmart card/discover card and I am out of Tennessee. I think that they pull EQ and TU but not really sure but my real question is this after I applied it came back and said that I would receive there decision in the mail within 7 to 10 business days so does this mean a denial or does this always happen with them? Please advise:::: Thanks

Did she also file in her bankruptcy the car into the plan? If so then the car is still under the protection of the courts. If it is then you need to give the name and number of the person that called your sister to your attorney and advise them that she was contacted. If it is not in the plan then you need to make contact with the lender and try and make arrangements to keep the car or just turn it in.

MarvBear, Thanks for this posting. I will go thru it and try it out or just leave it alone. However, I have tried over the past year to clean up baddies with a little luck have done some but still have alot to do and really don't know how to proceed. Do you know the exact methods, letters and in what order to send them and anything else that I can go to to get a really good idea of the direction to take for my situation. I have seen post here about this but still don't understand it at all. I only us USAA to pull daily pulls for my credit but there's is something that I can do to get rid of some of my Hard's. Can someone please advise me in DETAIL on how to get this done. I have several on each of my reports which is about 3 to 4 on each report. Please help? Thanks

Sorry for this post. I have asked before to explain how to get inq's off of my reports and everyone says to B* and C* and all that but I really don't know what everyone is talking about. I have several inq's on each of my reports. I would say at least 3 per report and I only use usaa, ck to pull my report up. I pull my usaa daily and ck only once in awhile. Can someone please explain this process in detail for me. I would be very grateful for this. Thanks

Could someone please explain to me the B* pulls for EQ and TU?

Congrats Scorpio but my question is how did you go from the scores you had in 2010 to the your scores now. I have been trying since feb of last year and only have my scores up to 588ex 584eq and 664TU and cant seem to get any further. I know that I am not doing something right but not sure what. any advice

They told me that what i had showing on my report was good but not enough age on them and to try back in about 6 months

I checked my credit karma report and it does show that they pulled my TU report already. So do i call in to underwriting and see what they can do for me or do I just leave it alone?

I just checked the website address that chugs posted and it said that they could not offer me a credit account at this time and I will receive notice in the mail. Should I call the underwriting number anyway and speak to them and try and get it recon over the phone or what. I also have an account at NFCU should I apply for some sort of card there and if so which one. I don't want alot of inquiries on me so trying to do the right ones that pull TU only as this is my best numbers. Thanks for everyone's help
