What can i do about the one that are seperate. Like the paypal would have 2 Accounts for the same thing but one would have just the exp. and the other would have the rest. Is there anything i can do about those? Cause they make my cr report looks worser then it is

So i will DV them and ask for a copy of my CR. How do i go about reporting them to the TXAG and TXSOS. Sorry im somewhat new to this i just been reading all different kind of threads for the past month or so to be prepared when im out of SOL. Yeah there all bonded balance for CA are CBCS 1447 MIdland Credit Mgmt 1173 Procollect INC 1218 CO are Crap1 1370 Chase 796 CONNS 1625 Paypal says 0 HSBC 467 HSBC Best buy says 0 Also i notice there are duplicates where paypal would have a thing for experian and the other is the rest for TU and equifax same goes for hsbc best buy

Is it safe to dv CA and Charge off account within our SOL? I am from texas and i have 8 charge off and 3 collection thats has only been 3 yrs. Im really trying to clean up my credit this year to prepare for a house.

Hi guys and gals i just got alert this morning some collection has pulled a hard inquirie on my transunion. Is that right they can do that???? Also if not what should i do about it?
