  1. Dealer will send payoff listed on the paperwork you signed to Toyota. Since you made a payment, the payoff should be less than listed on your paperwork. You will receive a check for the difference from Toyota. In my experience in these situations it takes a couple of weeks
  2. Might could be done with a local credit union with hat in hand and some cash on the table, depending on the mileage. My advice is to drive slow and pay on it to build some history. But as always ymmv
  3. yes, if you owe them they will.... Anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks. Depends if they deal direct with there reposession vendors, or use a forwarding company. ou can set it up to where the repo company will call you to make final arrangements to surrender the unit
  4. chances are it wil go to auction just like any other repo. Your husband should talk with the lender and explain the situation, to see what can be worked out before just handing it back. But i can tell you now, when it goes to auction, they wont get anywhere near book value on it. Along with all the additional fees, it will be a mess. If you an try and sell it, and pay the difference would be the best option. but as always each situation is different.
  5. Put a couple of months usage on the account you already have with them, then reapply. Wex like to see usage.
  6. My father has owned a body shop for the last 20 years. Honestly over the years, we have seen more vehicles come into the shop with damage from deer accident, on vehicles with the deer whistles. than ones with out. We had a rep from state farm tell us, that the sound bounces off the surrounding trees, and it actually scares/startles them... But as always YMMV
  7. honestly I've never had any issues from them. My first loan with them was at 22%. my 13 ram is at 2.95, and the dw dart with chrysler cap is 1.9.
  8. I've had 5 loans, 6 if you count the new chrysler cap loan with santander. With all of the loans I have always gotten a "welcome call". But as always YMMV.
  9. about 2 weeks. You wont receive a payment book. They send monthly statements. Also you will get a welcome call before they send out anything in the mail
  10. + 1. You could give TD Auto a call about it. But you make awaken the beast on it. Although I have an employee you had a car when centrix when belly up, and to this day he still has the car. No title though, and dmv still shows the lienholder so YMMV. Good luck
  11. Congrats. I started out in Oct of 2011 with an open road card @ a 1k limit. I am sitting @ a 17k limit right now. They will look at the account after about 6 months for an auto increase, but i have never gotten one. I have always had to call in. Good luck and enjoy your new account
  12. with the type of unit (pwc) a lot of the lenders ahfc,ge capital, and sheffield are going with secured notes instead of the credit card accounts. I go through about 500 orders a month for motorcycles, atvs, boats and pwc's. And yes lots of people lock them away, most of the time i just call the customer and have a chat.
  13. hope you can get it settled. but i would make sure its somewhere where a truck cant back up to it. Never know if there interest will peak, and send out an order on it. Good luck
