The date of service is within SOL I belive it was 10-2013 Indiana is 6 years, yes I was actually served , I was insured and this is for the remaing amount + lawyer/court fees....Right @ $1100 I have the means to pay in full and would rather not go to court or have a judgment on my report. Should I contact the lawyer and work out a deal?

Long story short, I got in an accident a couple years ago and had services provided at a small hospitial, the bill never got paid and now currently being sued by said hosp. I have no idea where to start, do I look under this forum, or the I have been served forum....not sure if I go a diff. route since it's medical. Thanks Mike

Many on here will disagree, but I did the exact same thing for my child whent they were 6, when they turn 18 they will have 12 yeras of history, I moniter their report as close as I do my own. when the time comes we will chalk it up to an error in the system for the b-day and fix it when necessary. Id say giving your kids every advantage in this world is were its at.

Whatever you do DONT GO WITH FARMERS, thats who I had, they rate jacked me anually with no explination, finally after paying 2k anually on a 100k home and my scores are in the 740s I cancelled and went with ameriprise at .25% of the cost. So I nearly had all my bills paid off (vehicle, school, cc's Etc) other than mortgage and monthly bills like electric, gas etc and one cc with 4k left on it which I was going to pay off with the overtime this week, then about a month ago my dog got hit by a car and 5k and a back surgry later I am now up to a total of 10k debt on my cc. you know the adage one step foward and two back. So during all this I had a 3% fixed on the exsisting 4k which I paid 1 day late and they jacek the rate to 12% now right befor this I transfeered the dog fee 5k, to my chase cc and paid a transferee fee for that. Thinking I was in the clear. So after all this I applied for the (I Fly America Visa, which is brought to you by Barclays.) and approved for 15k with the 10k balance transfere with zero Bt fee's and no apr for 6 months. I thought for sure I was going to be denied!!! Yeah Im dong the happy dance right now......

No, my point is that there will be one form of currency, a card, an identifier, no more cash. Is it possible to Phase cash out and have everyone utilize cards?

So not to get this into a large heated debate abut relegion or whatnot. A friend and I were recapping after church last night about some of the topics that were discussed and one was the signs of the end of the world and one of those being a uniform globolized currancy and he stated that we are already there with "credit cards". Now we all know that other countries still have their own form of currency, but would credit cards make it easier to form a singal currency? Thoughts
