Everything is still accessible as of this morning.

So, I have been watching this and thought that maybe this was just a few isolated cases. I still stand by my displeasure of the bashing that went on outside of this thread but mainly for the fact that at this moment I am still an active member (as verified by still being able to login and view all accounts). But.....and this is a big honkin but . I am now growing a bit concerned. I joined mid May. Applied online through the AAU "in" for membership. At the same time, I applied and was approved for a car loan AND credit card. So, here I am almost a month later with a credit card that I have used and a car that I purchased with their loan they offered. I do have to say that the process was very smooth and did not hit any roadblocks. I was asked at the initial phone call how I was joining and honestly said I was a member of the AAU (not employee) and that I had heard good things about this CU. I was not given third degree for documentation on anything. Everything went smooth. As a note, I am 1500 miles from either local area. As of tonight, all my acess is active. Still able to use card etc. While I am not sure what to take of all the change of heart from them, I am concerened about my position. Have a new car and a CC and all this is making me VERY nervous. What recourse do they have on a fully funded car note at this point? I understand the CC they can close and ask for payment in full. But, I have to imagine the car loan changed the game big time???

I received the results a few days ago. When I received them, it was 30 + 6 days. I dsputed by mail. I did not send any supporting documentation. BD'd EQ this morning and the notation is still there.

Thanks Jack....I am thinking of firing off a letter but wanted to see if there is any experience out there.

So I disputed a judgement on my CSC credit report using whychat method. Received the hard copy results yesterday and it shows reinvestigation in progress in comments. Still on report pulled from third parties as well. Thoughts? Figure I should fire off a ding your time is up letter but wanted to throw it out there to see what others think.

Oh how I wish I could get rid of them!!!!!!!!!! Mine is paid and I can not get it off for the life of me!!!!!!!

I am in the same boat.....have the same letter and same results. Also a CSC victim as well. In fact, I have two items that are supposed to be removed and CSC still has them. Been removed from other two for some time now. I am not sure what to do either so I will be watching this.... Some say to sned a copy of the letter stating deletion while some say to contact CA to resolve. Not sure so let's see what the experts say.

and the kicker is it's for a debt that is 10 years old of my wifes!!! Ideas?

FYI....chopped in Neb. this morning.

No choppage here...B* has been steamrolling 2 a day for about a week now.
