Hello, I am trying to rebuild and fix my credit and I have read everywhere on here that being part of a credit union is highly recommended. I would like to know why. In addition, does anyone know a good credit union to join in the the city of San Francisco? What should i be looking for??? Thanks, any help is greatly appreciated!!

I called Experian today regarding the accounts that were listed on my report before i turned 18 and they said it is not common for people yo open credit while being under 18. The woman said they dont consider NOT being 18 a minor, i did not understand that. So someone who is under 18 can have a legally binding contract?

Hello, I am on the same boat, I have a few ChargeOffs I want to delete because there were oppened before I was 18. What was your letter like that you sent to the creditors?? Did you send to collection agencies or direct to the creditor??? Thanks
