  1. The whole thing is Bull$hit an AD Exec. gives her American Express Platinum card to a homeless guy on the street to purchase a bottle of Vitamin water and Smokes and no vendor questions any of this. Why or How a homeless guy that they probably see all the time is using an Amex Platinum to purchase goods when he usually uses change. The whole thing stinks to high heavens.
  2. why even have it..... $100 limit.......just pay cash.
  3. Seems like more job cuts are on the way at BofA to keep their profits sky high.
  4. I believe that's their gimmick approving loan for 5k and charging 450.00 to do it. You don't here of large loans every being funded by this group. Personally I feel a business shouldn't need SFG to be approved for a paltry 5k anyone can get that all by themselves.....or I should say most. I SAY RUN unless you have no other options.
  5. It is my understanding that if you gave a PG, a business bankruptcy will not help, because you are personally liable for the debts. IOW, only a personal bankruptcy would resolve the issue. If I am wrong, I'm sure someone will correct me, though. Either way, I am sorry to hear of your trouble and I wish you well. 100% CORRECT Personal Bankruptcy is the only way out. Sorry to hear about this situation.
  6. $100 buck... Why even have the card, just pay cash.
  7. A civil suit should do the trick on these clown. I wouldn't care if it was a penny I would pay 10,000 to get it back. Because in the end they will have to pay back the 10,000 I had to spend in legal fees. Companies like these are the scum of the earth preying on individuals they feel won't press the issue in court. They are correct...calling the police isn't going to work in getting your money back..IT'S A CIVIL MATTER. You will have to file a legal action claiming deceptive and fraudulent business practices. They are using fine print in order to scam unsuspecting customers....even if you did sign. You claim you didn't know what you signed and they were pressuring you for personal information and that's it. Judge will automatically remand it for a trial date and it will up to a jury to decide. They'll settle the case because they can't afford a jury coming back with a verdict in your favor, plus they have to come to were the suit was filed and that would be in your state wherever that is. NEVER GIVE IN TO ANY FRAUD. WEAK PEOPLE DO THAT. Hate to have to put it in those terms but it's true. If you let this go by then you'll keep being a victim. Good luck to you
  8. This doesn't surprise me This is whats to come when you don't pay your bills that you owe. I don't feel sorry for any of these people that were jailed....lock'em all up...DEADBEATS. The economy is in a shambles because you folks.
  9. +1 My post was more credit related, not current events Fleetcor irritated me early on, so BP lost my business. Yes Fleetcor's business practices are a tad bit shabby, but they are a lessor of many other evils
  10. Why would I want to do that Just because they caused an oil spill in the gulf and their obvious incompetence in handling the situation about cleaning it up. The answer is NO all my employees as well as myself will keep our BP Business Solutions fuel card because BP is no different then Exxon Mobil, Chevron, Dutch/Shell they are all breaking the laws everyday. Who are you going to get fuel from because they are all guilty of crimes against the environment. The people in the open-market and in the judicial system will decide what BP's punishment will be when this is over. In the mean time I'm going to continue enjoying cheap fuel prices.
  11. So whatelse is it about? It's about Income, Time at residence, Average age AKA are you seasoned or are you a baby. Those are the things they take into consideration. If they just took a score into consideration Toyota or anyone else wouldn't be in business. Just my thoughts
  12. Based upon these things you have listed my first guess would be is that you're out of gas Because your personal credit is shot and a Bank or CU will look at your personal credit and will want a PG. Is their a particular reason you want to avoid producing your tax returns?
  13. They didn't talk you out of closing it....you talked yourself out of closing it.
