I co-signed an auto loan for my adult son. He's employed and makes the payments, not me. Can I get this excluded from my DTI? If so, how?

Hey y'all, I may be looking at selling/rebuying, so a new mortgage in 3-6 months. I need bumpage but it's been a while since I've done this last. What's the current reports for daily pulls that will give me bumpage please? I don't mind doing a subscription. Just a quick list cause I know things change. Looks like Equifax is no longer valid? I don't need a detailed report on how B* works just a quick list of current pullers. Sure appreciate it!!

no C* in OK here either. I'm down to 6. I have one more that will drop this month due to age, 2 more in April, & 1 in June which leaves me with 1 unless it B*. I think the ones set to age off soon are stickies from our home purchase. Sure wish I could get an Amex so I could B* TU but I don't see that happening anytime soon.

I am not the expert but will chime in.... From what I have read, certain hard's sticky and will not B*. How many hard inq's do you have? Also, how are you doing your count? I've got 12 hards so there should be a LOT that aren't sticky. And I manually counted and used the counter on the other thread.
