    I just had to argue with them on the phone to get the name and it's Midland. I asked for the validation letter and wrote my letter to them to get them to stop calling me.

    I pick up about 15 of the times daily and then tell them im filing bankruptcy soon and hang up. PS I was alredy on this site for like 2 years but forgot my user name and don't have my old email address anymore.

    If you include old checking accounts in a bankruptcy will it wipe it off your chex too?

    I have a collection company calling me 20 plus times daily. It keeps coming up restricted. They won't tell me their name. I know that even coming up restricted is a violation. What can I do next to get money out of them for their violations. Lauren
