WOW!! I have been away from my computer all day and just came home to find out that a whole lot of congratulations are in order!!!



What an awesome inspiring thread. I think that the posts that refer to the other Citi tradelines that many of us already have (biz store cards, etc)are right on target.

I have been getting a lot of love from Citi for both biz and personal. I did get denied for a second citi biz card last week (i have the citi biz aadvantage)but they just said that it was denied because I had opened another account within the last 60 days. I didn't see a credit pull but I figured that they didn't pull because I wasn't eligible to apply yet.

Now I am wondering if they will pull my personal credit next month when I apply again.

Oh almost forgot...the cards are for BUSINESS expenses. Hmmm...well I think I might have to find me a client in the Grand Caymans or someplace.

I got a "pre-selected" offer for a CitiBusiness Card VISA a couple of weeks ago. It was sitting in my "pre-approval" folder, and I didn't even think about sending it in until this thread. I think the one we applied online for today was for a MASTERCARD (?). Hmmm.... if we do get approved, maybe I should mail the other one in ?

Just got off the site.......

There is an American Airlines card that get miles AND a Premier Pass card that earns miles on ANY airline. I want Premier Pass! Marking my calendar for the day I can apply.

I almost don't believe it ....It took less than 1 minute like it said.....Then BAM

$25,000.00 Limit, then it asked for me to select when i wanted the payment to be due, how I wanted my statement sent and then i was able to add additional employees on and limit their ability to get cash at ATMs.....Almost TOO Easy


Paydex of 80 Couldn't have no idea if they pulled my personal credit or not but for 25,000 let them..................

I have GOT to know the details. I thought my 20K was unreal....but you're obviously the king of CitiBiz credit.

It is a family business that i have 100% controlled for 7 years now been in business for 38 years, But when my family split in 1997 we had some serious financial problems, close to bankruptcy ...My d&b file is clean 12 reporting on it paydex of 80 rating of 2r2, My experian is not so clean like 18 positive and 7 negative (from pre 1999) I used my wife for the authorized social # ( Hey She is ) I know her ficos are in the 600`s she only has store cards and runs them up every month I wish i would have printed the screen that gave the approval but i continued on and gave it all the other info (payment due date, etc.) Then I closed the window....I`ll let you all know the second I get the card (or when i wake up) Oh Yeah I just incorporated last week

Im Here!! Im here!! Man I have missed three pages of this thread today. Orthodontics and girl scouts and I have been dying to get home and see what is going on. Oh GOOD NEWS and before I read all this stuff this afternoon Citi called me and said they needed my date of birth because some stuff didnt pull through on the application??( Not sure what that means but they had missing information) After I gave the information they requested I asked the lady how does my application look? She said, "Well I dont think it would have made it to me if it was delined. She said it would have to go to one other person and I would hear something in 7-10 days. I said did you guys pull personal and biz credit and she said We pulled experian, it looks just like everyone elses that comes through here. I said OK She said dont worry you'll hear from us. So I guess that is good news?. ANYWAY....................................

CONGRATS!!!!TO EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and yes ceowens I am freaking out!! I really want this!!! I applied DH so we'll see if he gets it too, his paydex is 79 due to a false late that is on DNB. I guess it is Hopeful!!!

Makes me wonder if I get it if my experian report showing I have been in biz since 1996 will help? I hope so:)

Ok, when she said they pulled Experian...did she mean Experian Business or Experian personal?

I assume it was experian biz, since nobody has any hard pulls on their credit and she said they pulled experian.........Im hoping she meant exp. biz.

Let's not forget...I think it was said way early on in the thread that they WILL pull personal if they can't get enough info from your biz reports. So, you best be darned sure of what your biz credit looks like before trying it. Unless, of course, you have sparkling personal credit and don't care about the inq.

Asked Citi Biz for CLI last month...

Had asked for CLIs on my 2 personal accts as well....
the 1st personal acct got 10K CLI with no problem, actually this was on activation...with the 2nd acct, I was asked for financials....
week later got letter asking for Biz financials for Biz acct.

I asked for 10K CLI on 2nd personal acct but was only given 9K...

Had given up on CLI on Biz acct since I didnt provide Biz financials...looked a few days ago & saw I got 1K CLI on Biz acct....
I did notice a pull on my EX personal CR...havnt pulled EX biz CR in a long time.....but this has all got to be related in some way....

OK so today I try to log onto citi website using the user name and password that I gave yesterday, and it wont let me log in ... is it because I was just approved less than 24 hours ago ....Or is it a sick joke .... Oh well either way I don't really need it .......Yes I Do .......

The rep said we were approved instantly but I got the 30 day message on the website :-/. I'm so estatic especially because my personal credit is a little shakey at the moment. So I can verfiy - absolutely no pulls on the personal credit for this one as long as you have a paydex and experian score.

YEAH!!! OK, everybody who got the 30 days message......time to use the old "I'm just calling to make sure my application was received" trick. "What's that?? You say it has already been processed? What a surprise. I was just making sure you had actuially received it."
