what happens after CA takes over?

I've got a private loan that was referred to a collection agency after I became unable make my "specially arranged" payments due to unemployment. The last time I spoke with the CA, they said they were doing an investigation into my assets and asked a bunch of questions. I haven't heard from them since. Any ideas about what's coming next?

Hello Im new hear and cant answer your question but maybe an expert could help you better if you gave more details, ex: debt owed, name of CA ? ETC.. goodluck

Thanks for posting, but as a "newbie" you should probably know that you shouldn't post any details about your situation here. My question is pretty general anyway. What happens after a CA does an investigation into your assets? (especially if you have none)

why not? your question may be somewhat general but name of CA and debt owed is ok just no personal info.. so later "newbie"
