loans that were sold during default now rehad

okay heres my complicated situation. i started paying on my student loans that at the time were owned by mohela but while they were with mohela i ended up defaulting on then, they sold them to sallie mae and continued in the default status with sallie mae they sold it to usa funds and continued in default they sold it and finaly rehaded the loans and the agreement was then it would erase the default status on the loans but it only did that for the listing with usa fund. should it also be cleared from mahela and sallie may because it was the same loans that were in default with them as well?

Sallie Mae bought USA Funds a couple of years ago. They are now one & the same lender/guarrantor. I would think your Mohela status should be 'sold/transfered to another lender'.

on the mohela ones it says sold but it shows the lates same with sallie mae but since they started in default with mohela and stayed in default til i rehab them i wounder if the rehad should clear all records from the original date of rehad or just the last owner of the loan
