does anyone know if they could come back on someone for wearing a t-shirt like that? Libel or Slander or something? Isn't that what happens to web sites that publish things like that???

How about something like this (granted it may need some retouching) as for PP question, since its in print it would be libel, but thats generally only true if it not in Parody, and I think this image is definately parody. I guess anyone that wants to can use this image, however they want, maybe I'll slap it on cafepress...

 

Note that I'm not using the correct shade of red, and that I've changed the size of everything after the E (thats just enough to avoid trademark infringment)

Right, can't use anything that looks like a trademark. They would tell us to knock it off, I imagine, but if an individual did it, I do believe it would be considered a matter of free speech. They would probably just take your file offline, or mix it with someone else's for you
