Time for an ITS letter to Equifax

Those clowns changed almost all of my very old charge offs to a date of major delinquency to 5/2013. I called them to tell them that one of the accounts were reporting under installment. The ******* said he was deleting the account. Instead, he added by two deleted accounts back and made all but 2 accounts look new. I am going to offer in my letter a reasonable time to resolve this or I will be meeting them in court.

They are not getting away with this. I'll start preparing and researching my case tomorrow.

Good luck SS I would do the same, im quite sure it was a mistake on the Reps part you spoke with. Although some of the Reps are dumb as a bag of hair, I have found Eq to be fairly easy to work with. You might end up in Special Handling because of your letter but I dont think you will have a problem getting the issue resolved. Good luck

I would send a more cordial letter to get the items removed before sending a ITS letter. Hand write the letter because someone will actually have to read it!
