Can collection agency & credit agency know if you accept a agreeable payment plan or monthly plan

I have credit card debt that I cannot pay and I received a letter from my credit card company asking that they might agree on a payment plan suitable for me. Otherwise they might take legal action against me and get an attorney to obtain a judgement against me. So, if they accept a monthly payment plan to my liking, and I pay each month, do other credit card companies and collection agencies (because I have few more credit card debt that are handed to the collection agencies) find out about this by checking my credit card profile (if that's possible for them)?

I am just asking that if you accept JUST the credit card company payment plan (like monthly plan) does other collection agency or credit company find out if you are directly dealing with the credit card company themselves who you owe the debt to? This is after you are late on your payments for months and you get a threatening letter to accept a payment plan or get taken legal action against you and get an attorney to obtain a judgement against you.

It's common for creditors to mark your credit report indicating a hardship plan. In any case they will report payments and balance and others can see that and tell you are working with the OC.
