Marv, you were right. I got "approved' for the lease, but at Tier 4 and the $288 lease on the Maxima, turned into $500+

 

If I want a new car, any recommendation on what finance company/ auto brand that I should be pursuing?

What were your scores when Nissan pulled? Since you want the Avalon, Toyota leases are more lenient

I think he was trying to get a idea on your auto enhanced scores which the dealer would have. Good chance they are lower then your actual scores.

Yea, I would at least call them to find out what the score was, and make sure you get all three, and then we can tell you what Toyota would go for.

There was an online credit app. I was hesitant and wanted to fill out the paper form from the NissanUsa.com site. However the sales guy told me to do the one on line.

"YOU AREN'T GOING TO SHOTGUN ME ARE YOU?? I DON'T WANT 10 INQUIRIES" I stated...He said no, and that I would only see 1 INQ from NMAC because all leases have to go through them. I checked when I got home and that was the only INQ,
