PSECU Convenience Checks

Anyone use the convenience checks and write them out to a person? How do they treat that...BT or cash advance? I really just wondering if it would fall under their 2.9% BT offer they are running.

If they are convenience checks I would think it would fall under a cash advance.

Most banks and CU's will let you make out these checks to yourself and give you the BT rate. I would guess that PSECU is the same. Then you can write a personal check to the individual.
