Is there anything I can do when 2 CRA's deleted a medical collection that is not mine but TU claims they verified it? Thanks

Since you have just disputed this medical account (I presume online), you will need to wait 60 days from the date of last communication before you send your initial HIPAA dispute. This will give you plenty of time to opt out and delete old addresses if you haven't done so already (this is outlined in the first link above).

 

I am in the middle of the process right now dealing with 3 medical collections on each CRA. So far I am having good results with it, but it is VERY important that you follow the program to a T. My advice would be that if at any point you are unsure of what to do, update your thread and wait for Why Chat to guide you.
