How did this happen?

I was looking through my credit report and saw this!

Experian^® Hard Inquiries:2

Equifax^® Hard Inquiries:23

Transunion^® Hard Inquiries:3

I am thinking of freezing equifax. Until some of these fall of next year. Should I look into B*? or just wait it out?

Why do you ask how this happened? Do you think this is fraud?

 

Assuming that you know the source of all the inqs...

 

Do you plan on app'ing for anything or asking for cli's in the next year? If the answer is yes you need B*

 

IMO EQ is the last CRA you should be considering freezing... if the only concern is inqs.

Honestly some of these inquiries are so random. Pen fed pulled my credit 3 days in a row all i did was open a checking accounts. ( only because i felt bad for a girl told to make sign ups outside of the commissary) I went to a dealership to get a qoute on a kia, loved the forte and he said he needed my ID and SSN to hold the car while I went to nfcu. Turns out they ran my credit, and sent to a local bank. The rest are USAA ( Not sure why, I've applied for credit twice.) Oh and my cell phone company.

 

 

Should I just wait the 2 years. If it takes 85 pulls that would mean three daily pullers, by the time I got to the last one they would all be off =|

If they're older than 6-12 months they probably aren't hurting you much (if at all). I'm just allergic to having inquiries show up.
