Okay, so...My old speakers were giving me trouble. I found an old stereo tuner in my grandma's garage that still works awesomely, and some old speakers which are..............a little muddy good enough.

For every day use these are great, for watching movies, playing back music, etc.....................But there is a specific circumstance that they don't perform well.

If I decide to play a game, as soon as the GPU kicks on, I start getting... I suppose the term is "artifacts" pumping through both speakers. kinda high pitched static.. Now. The first thing I will tell you is that I don't think it has to do specifically with the placement of any of the equipment, because I switched the operating system's audio over to HDMI output and connected the speakers to a monitor's audio out and it doesn't happen anymore. Second, I don't think it is specifically either the gpu or the sound card because........the last speakers I had didn't do this.

It just seems weird that it would only do it for this one thing, when it has never done this before..
