I can attest to this. 5 years ago I cut off 13 inches of my hair and donated it and NEVER heard a word from them. I would NEVER donate anything to them (let alone money) to them again.

Yeah, I've grown my hair out and then donated several times. I think it will go somewhere else this time - even if I don't get a free haircut. Ticks me off. That's like the Red Cross not wanting to spend the money to test for aids in the blood supply until it killed Arthur Ashe, or using the 9/11 donations to upgrade their phone system. Infuriating.
