PNC PROCEDURE RESPONSE

Got a response from my procedure letter from Chex. It says the procedure used is outlined as follows:

 

Upon receipt of your dispute, Chex contacted PNC BANK to provide notice of dispute. In addition to our review and consideration of all relevant information provided by you during the investigation, we also provided the information to the parties listed above, and we requested that they conduct an investigation with respect to your dispute. Such parties then reported the results of their investigation to Chexsystems.

 

Is this sufficient enough?

Were you denied or accepted from opening a PNC checking? I applied to them and they asked me to provide a debit card with $25. Are you past that point?

I was not applying to pnc. They are reporting an account on my chex report. I disputed it came back verified. So I sent a procedure request.
