Have you even had an automobile loan that was PIF, or any substantial installment credit line that was well paid in an amount of at least $5,000.00?

Sorry, I think I put it in the wrong place, but I put 4000 down. I got a 2011 Fusion last night. The actual loan amount was 13k and change, 15.56%, 330 for 60 months. I know i don't have very good credit, so I'm happy. Already been working on my credit, I plan to refinance within two years.

Congrats!...That seems like a pretty decent rate considering your scores and being a first timer buyer..Who is the lender?

Capital one, they had given me a slightly better deal a little over a year ago when I applied directly, but I didn't have the down payment then and picked up a couple of lates last year.

Make your payments for 6 months to a year and then apply at a CU for a refinance.. Possibly adding a CC will help bring your scores up some and help with the refinance.
