Since we have all these bottom feeder scum CA...can't we turn the table and play "dirty tricks" on them without breaking the law...done anonomously of course!

I LOVE it. I can just see the little collection minion going crazy, "OMG, I've got a $15K call in, I'm gonna get a huge bonus check...uh, oh, why can't I find the account...what is wrong with this d*** system...
