A quick question.

A number of medical bills is grouped together. The CA hires an attorney to take this lump sum to court. A judgment is filed against you.

Now in hind sight, IF you had gone to court and identified individual bills in this group that were beyond the SOL, you would most likely have them removed by the judge. If you didn't go to court, however, the judge simply files the judgment against you.

Is it too late at this point to dig through the grouped bills to verify they are all within the states SOL?
